Tom’s show was the first podcast I ever listened to regularly, starting back 7-8 years ago, and I still catch many of the episodes to this day. So it was a privilege to be invited on to discuss what training is, why strength training is important, the best way to learn how to do it, and clarifying some of the myths and BS in the field.
